Creating an online tribute to celebrate the life of a loved one allows you to curate a uniquely personal space to remember them. A place where you can cherish memories via messages, music, photos and video and where others can pass on their condolences. We hope that your loved one’s tribute page will provide a place of comfort and remembrance for years to come.

It’s easy to set up and you can invite others to donate to St Leonard’s Hospice, celebrate anniversaries, share precious memories, or organise fundraising events in your loved one’s memory. All donations will support the Hospice in providing expert care to our patients and their families.
